Somehow this restaurant gives the feeling that it's a wine bar.  With its decorative wine barrels, abundance of wine glasses around the bar area, and its modern elegance, the atmosphere makes me want to enjoy a glass of wine.  However much I wanted to drink a glass, I was only here for lunch, so I went for the salad and main set (850円).

The salad had a nice variety of vegetables and was good in size.  The mushroom meat sauce pasta was slightly different than expected.  The sauce was a tomato base, but it was very sweet.  It would definitely be popular among Japanese tastes.  I'd be interested to see what kind of wine they would pair it with.  If you've ever eaten filipino style spaghetti, the sweetness is similar to that, but possibly even sweeter.

Another dish that caught my eye on the menu was the minestrone soup pasta.  According to the waitress, it's spaghetti as a soup (Italian ramen?).  Like many of the restaurants in Japan, they also serve a hamburger patty lunch and a curry lunch.
